These Terms and Conditions govern the use of Mister13, a mobile and web application dedicated to sports predictions. By using the Service, the user declares that they have read, understood and fully accepted these Terms. If you do not accept them, you must stop using the Service immediately.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Mister13, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and anyone who accesses the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, you accept these Terms on that organisation's behalf as well.
2. Description of the Service
Mister13 is an entertainment platform that lets users take part in prediction leagues based on real football events. The Service does not in any way constitute betting, gambling or a financial service. Points and standings within the Service have no monetary value and cannot be converted into money or prizes of any kind.
3. Registration and Account
To use Mister13 you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that takes place under your account. In the event of unauthorised access or a security breach, you must notify Mister13 immediately. Mister13 reserves the right to suspend or delete accounts that breach these Terms.
4. User Conduct
You agree to use the Service lawfully and with respect for other users. The following are expressly prohibited: the use of bots, scripts, or automated systems to manipulate predictions or leaderboards; creating multiple accounts to gain unfair advantages; any attempt to interfere with the correct functioning of the Service; posting offensive, discriminatory, or unlawful content in the platform's social features. Violation of these rules may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your account.
5. Plans and Payments
Mister13 is available in a free version and in a paid Premium version. Prices and subscription terms are described in the Plans & Pricing section of the application. Premium subscriptions renew automatically at the end of the subscribed period unless the user explicitly cancels before the renewal date. Payments are processed through the secure channels of the relevant app store (Apple App Store or Google Play). Mister13 does not store the user's payment details directly.
6. Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or directly from the purchase store. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period already paid; no refund is issued for the remaining period, unless otherwise required by applicable law. The free version of the Service may be used without time limitations.
7. Intellectual Property
Mister13 and all its content — including texts, graphics, logos, icons, images and software — are the exclusive property of Mister13 or of their respective owners and are protected by copyright and intellectual property law. Any reproduction, distribution, modification or commercial use of the content without the express written authorisation of Mister13 is prohibited.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Mister13 does not warrant that the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that the results obtained from its use will be accurate or reliable. Under no circumstances shall Mister13 be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use of, or the inability to use, the Service.
9. Changes to the Terms
Mister13 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to users through an in-app notification or by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Italian law. For any dispute relating to the interpretation or performance of these Terms, the parties undertake to seek an amicable solution. In the absence of agreement, the Court of Milan shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
